The 21-day Move for Life challenge is a fun and engaging way to start doing some positive and life affirming activities, consistently, motivated and engaged with a supportive and caring community. By participating in this challenge, you will start practicing some great new habits that will set the foundations for building a vital, vibrant and healthy life.

This challenge is for you, if you want to experience the joy, pleasure and all the other positive benefits of movement in your life, and also want to do this in a way that is kind, gentle, and life affirming.
